A new client of ours was complaining about their main wireless link, setup by their prior IT company, being unusable for months. The link in question supports numerous other wireless links, offices and security cameras throughout the town. It was imperative for us to resolve the issue for our client ASAP. We immediately identified the cause of the issue was the 3.65GHz radios selected with walls of trees in the way. We replaced the radios with a pair of Ubiquiti Networks, Inc. Rocket M900’s and relocated one of the roof antennas. The before and after screenshot speaks for itself. Finally, a rock solid link after months of instability.
